Serendipity Labs presents:
Local artists are hand-selected to transform and inspire our workplace
and enhance our Members’ experience. Each space is architecturally
sophisticated and welcoming to guests and potential clients. We have a
diverse membership across industry sectors, company size and level of
expertise, with most members age ranging from 35-55.
For the Artist, this partnership allows you to display your art in a
professional setting which you can use to bring potential customers
through and get in front of desirable new customers while avoiding
customary commissions charged by traditional art galleries.
The Details:
• You should be able to display your work in our Lab for a minimum of
three months.
• The art will be available for purchase, and unlike a traditional gallery,
we will not take any commission on sales.
• You can display your business cards/collateral at the front reception
for guests/interested buyers
• You will have the ability to decide along with the Lab Manager where
each work of art is displayed.
• We will work with you to promote this art program, including
co-sponsoring an art show which we will promote to our members.
• There is no charge to display, but we will assume no additional
insurance liability during the exhibition for the works.
• Art displayed in our Labs is typically abstract. This is art that does
not attempt to represent external reality, but seeks to achieve its
effect using shapes, forms, colors, and textures. Works should be
bright, colorful, abstract, and two-dimensional.
• Photography, sculptures, electric or electronic, and portraits are not
permissible.
• We avoid art that is religious, political, derogatory, inflammatory,
sexist, or thematically dark.
• Artist is responsible for hanging their own pieces of art.
