Serendipity Labs Presents:

Serendipity Labs hand-selects local artists to transform and inspire our workplace while enhancing our members’ experience. Each space features a sophisticated architectural design and welcomes guests and potential clients. Our diverse membership spans multiple industries, company sizes, and levels of expertise, with most members between the ages of 35 and 55.

This partnership gives artists the opportunity to showcase their work in a professional environment. The artist can invite potential clients into the space, connect with new audiences, and sell their work without paying the commissions typically charged by traditional galleries.

The Details:

• Display the artist’s work in our Lab for a minimum of three months.
• Offer artwork for sale with no commission taken by Serendipity Labs.
• Provide business cards or promotional materials for display at the front reception.
• Collaborate with the Lab Manager to determine artwork placement.
• Partner with us to promote the program, including co-hosting an art show for our members.
• Pay no fee to exhibit; however, the artist assumes responsibility for insuring their work during the exhibition.
• Present artwork that aligns with our aesthetic: bright, colorful, abstract, and two-dimensional.
• Avoid photography, sculpture, electronic or digital works, and portraiture.
• Exclude artwork that contains religious, political, derogatory, inflammatory, sexist, or dark themes.
• Install their own artwork.
