The Challenge

Highlight the cultural legacy and contributions of Mexican-American artists in Downtown Los Angeles.  

The Solution

Collaborate with recognized, Mexican-American artists, such as Judithe Hernández, José Lozano, Miguel Angel Reyes, and Barbara Carrasco on artwork spotlighting the cultural identity of the neighborhood, through the diverse selection of artists from Los Angeles.

The Result

Four different murals by four artists throughout the property. Each mural spotlights different themes relating to the community–generational differences and growth, female representation, recognition of César Chávez, the role of children and creativity in future generations.
